Each Special Event is curated for atmosphere and access, offering moments you won't find anywhere else.
These events require valid convention admission for the day they take place.

A guided journey through the city the Mikaelsons called home. The same French Quarter streets, the same haunted beauty that shaped The Originals — seen with new eyes and a thousand years of history.

Mardi Gras School of Cooking with Candice & Kayla
An hour at the Mardi Gras School of Cooking with Candice King and Kayla Ewell — Caroline and Vicki, learning the New Orleans classics hands-on. A small class of fifteen, big flavors, and a rare TVD reunion in the city the Mikaelsons made home.

An hour behind a locked door with the Original witch and the vampire hunter themselves. Puzzles, ciphers, and the French Quarter's strangest house of curiosities.

Muriel's with Joseph & Daniel
Muriel's sits on Jackson Square, overlooking "the bench" where The Originals said its final goodbye. Ninety minutes at a linen-draped table with Joseph Morgan and Daniel Gillies — Klaus and Elijah, together again, in sight of where the show ended.

Vampire Apothecary with Claire & Phoebe
Descend into the gothic attic of New Orleans' most atmospheric vampire haunt — vials, vintage props, and flickering candlelight. Claire Holt and Phoebe Tonkin — Rebekah and Hayley — open the room for ninety minutes of conversation, lunch, and, yes, real blood bags.
