Tickets must be picked up at the venue. Pickup details will be shared via social media and email.
We reserve the right to refuse entry for unruly conduct, over-intoxication, fraud, or improper dress (e.g., no shoes, no shirt). Tickets in these cases will not be refunded.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are not available for scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or other personal circumstances.
